Analysis Tools for Clinical Genomics
Clinical studies are increasingly using genomic assays to discovery medically relevant genomics signatures. The SGTC Biomath group is developing tools for automated classification of case-control studies. Our tools use rapid distribution based algorithms to examine large studies. These methods are not mean-based, continue to perform in the presence of contaminant tissues or cells and allow complex genomic profiles.
